Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 8:46 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain.

This severe thunderstorm is located 40 km west of Rocky Mountain House and is moving towards the east at 25 km/h.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.
