Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 8:35 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

A severe thunderstorm was located 20 kilometres northeast of Chungo Creek, moving southeastward at 15 km/h.

Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
