Special Weather Statement In Effect

Strong southwest winds gusting to 70 to 80 km/h are expected this afternoon and evening over the southern Interior of British Columbia. Local terrain may cause wind speeds and directions to vary from place to place. Winds will ease later this evening.

Secure loose objects. If outside, protect yourself from flying or falling debris. Boaters, paddlers, and people participating activities on water should exercise caution and prioritize safety.
