Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 10:51 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

This thunderstorm is located 10 km south of Faust and is moving 40 km/h to the southeast.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.

Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
