Winds will gradually ease this late this afternoon.

Local utility outages are possible. High-sided vehicles will be pushed around by the wind. Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible. Parks and forests will likely sustain some damage.

Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
