Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 7:16 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing heavy rain.

A line of severe thunderstorms is located from near Heinsburg to 10 kilometres south of Heinsburg, moving northeast at 15 km/h.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
