Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 3:44 p.m. MST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

The cluster is located 40 km southeast of Carmacks near Highway 2 and is moving southwestward at 25 km/h.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
