Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 3:12 p.m. CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and very heavy rain.

This narrow line is located from Mankota south to the US border and is slowly tracking north towards Mankota, McCord and Billimun producing 50 mm of rain in an hour.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
