Yellow Warning - Heat

Daytime high temperatures near 30 degrees Celsius combined with overnight lows in the mid-teens are expected to last through the weekend in some areas.

Smoke may cause temperatures to be a couple degrees cooler today, but heat will build through the week.

Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
