Yellow Watch - Severe Thunderstorm

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

Hazards: Hail to toonie sized. Wind gusts up to 110 km/h. Locally heavy rain.

Timing: Overnight.

Additional Remarks: Thunderstorms have developed as a trough of low pressure crosses southeastern Saskatchewan into Manitoba. This watch area will expand as thunderstorm activity continues through the night.
