Locations: southern and eastern New Brunswick.
Time span: beginning this afternoon and persisting into Friday.
Maximum temperatures: near 33 degrees Celsius (Humidex 36 to 39). Minimum temperatures: 15 to 18 degrees Celsius.
Remarks: A hot and humid air mass is expected to move into the region today, along with elevated humidex values. Nighttime lows are also forecast to stay warm for eastern areas of the province, providing little to no relief. Temperatures are expected to be cooler along parts of the coast. Conditions are expected to improve on the weekend.
