Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 10:24 p.m. MST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain.

A cluster of severe thunderstorms are located about 70 km northeast of Fort Nelson.

A second cluster of severe thunderstorms are located near the Thinahtea Protected Area.

A third cluster of severe thunderstorms are located about 80 km southeast of Kwokullie Lake.

The clusters of severe thunderstorms are moving slowly westward.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
