Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 5:42 p.m. MDT, a line of severe thunderstorms is located from about 15 km north of Judson to 30 km southwest of New Dayton. These severe thunderstorms are moving northeast at 55 km/h. Damaging wind gusts and heavy rain are possible.

Locations and nearby areas that could be impacted include: Stirling, Barnwell, Taber, Judson, Fincastle, Wrentham, McNab, Purple Springs

Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
