At 7:59 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and very heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: Near Allen's Corners

Motion: Moving southeast at 30 km/h

Hazards: Hail: up to quarter size (up to 2.5 cm) Rain: heavy (25 - 50 mm) Wind: damaging (90 km/h)

Locations in the Path: Smithville, Vineland, Fenwick, St. Catharines, Short Hills Provincial Park, Fonthill, Thorold, Welland, Niagara Falls
