Very heavy rain is expected.
Heavy rainfall with embedded thunderstorms is expected tonight into Tuesday morning as a low pressure system moves from the Dakotas through southern Manitoba. Total amounts will vary considerably from place to place, but in general total rainfall of anywhere from 35-90 mm can be expected before the rain tapers off on Tuesday. Note that highly localized rainfall in excess of 150 mm are possible with this system.

Localized flooding is likely. Some roads may become impassable. Utility outages are likely. Significant property damage is likely.
