What: Daytime highs of 29 to 32 degrees Celsius. Humidex values of 33 to 38. Nighttime lows of 16 to 20 degrees Celsius, providing little relief from the heat.
When: Through Thursday and possibly into Friday.
Additional information: This heat event is expected to end on Thursday evening, but may continue into Friday.
Hot and humid air can also bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index approaching the high-risk category.
