When: Continuing today and diminishing this afternoon.

Additional information: A low pressure system tracking across Hudson Bay will bring strong wind gusts to the region. Southwesterly winds will shift to westerly, with the peak winds expected this morning and early afternoon. Winds will diminish as the afternoon progresses.

Local utility outages are possible. Disruption to services and travel are possible. Secure loose objects.
