Significant rainfall is expected.

Locations: Burgeo - Ramea.

Total rainfall: generally 25 to 45 mm, except locally 65 mm in areas of heaviest rain.

Time span: tonight and Tuesday.

Remarks: Rainfall rates of 10 to 15 mm per hour may occur over some locations. Thunderstorms may develop over some areas, producing locally heavier rainfall.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Some travel delays are possible.

Rainfall warnings are issued when significant impacts are expected due to rainfall amounts.
