100 mm of rain is expected over northern sections of Inland Vancouver Island.

Remarks:

A strong low pressure system will continue to move across Vancouver Island. The low will produce 80 to 100 mm of rain with the highest amounts near Gold River. The heavy rain will ease later this morning.
