Orange Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 7:17 p.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

This line is located about 25 kilometres east of Senneterre and is moving east at 60 kilometres per hour.

Note: An area of slow rotation is located about 30 kilometres northeast of Senneterre. There is a low risk of tornadoes in this area. This area of rotation is moving to the east-northeast at 60 kilometers per hour. Communities in the region are not in the path of this rotating thunderstorm.
