At 12:48 a.m. CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: From Spring Valley to southwest of Crane Valley

Motion: Moving quickly to the east at 65 km/h

Hazards:

Wind: damaging (90 to 110 km/h) Hail: quarter to loonie (2.5 to 3 cm) Rain: heavy (50 to 75 mm)
