A period of hot and humid weather will continue.
Time span: today and Friday.
Maximum temperature today: near 32 degrees Celsius (Humidex: near 38 to 42). Minimum temperature tonight: 20 to 22 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperature Friday: 30 to 33 degrees Celsius (Humidex 36 to 40).
Remarks: Conditions are expected to slowly ease from north to south on Saturday, but southern New Brunswick could still experience high temperatures and humidity until later in the day. Cooler conditions can be expected along parts of the immediate Fundy coast.
Humidex values of 40 or higher are expected over all areas of New Brunswick (except coastal Fundy areas) from 2 P.M. to 7 P.M. today and over southern New Brunswick (except coastal Fundy areas) from 2 P.M. to 7 P.M. on Friday.
