Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 2:40 p.m. CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and very heavy rain.

Thunderstorm Location: 50 km north of Hodgeville to 25 km south of Mankota

Motion: Moving slowly to the northeast

Hazards: Wind: strong (up to 90 km/h) Hail: loonie to ping pong ball size (2.5 to 4.5 cm) Rain: very heavy (50 - 100 mm)
