Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 7:20 p.m. EDT, an area of severe thunderstorms is located over Etobicoke. These severe thunderstorms are moving southeast at 30 km/h. Up to quarter size hail and very heavy rain are possible.

Locations and nearby areas that could be impacted include: Lake Aquitaine, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Rattray Marsh Conservation Area, Mimico Beach, Mimico Harbour, Sunnyside Beach

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Fast-moving and rapidly rising water can sweep vehicles away and damage infrastructure. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. There is a risk of injury.
