Yellow Warning - Severe Thunderstorm

At 7:21 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain.

This thunderstorm is located 10 km northwest of Innisfail and is moving towards the east at 45 km/h.

Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility.

Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
