At 9:45 p.m. PDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing heavy rain.
This thunderstorm moving northwest at 40 km/h and is currently over New Westminister and will be moving through Burnaby and the Willingdon Heights area shortly.
