Multiple days of heavy rain fall has led to saturated soil across much of the Tri-State area. Additional rainfall is expected tonight through Thursday morning and could lead to flash flooding.
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Colorado, including the following areas, Kit Carson and Yuma, Kansas, including the following areas, Cheyenne KS, Decatur, Gove, Graham, Logan, Norton, Rawlins, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas and Wallace, and southwest Nebraska, including the following areas, Dundy, Hitchcock and Red Willow.
* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
