* At 648 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Quaker Bridge Mall. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.
