* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of central and north central South Dakota.

* TIMING...From noon CDT /11 AM MDT/ to 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ Monday.

* WINDS...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 25 to 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
