* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia- North Carolina border out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM Wednesday to 7 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
