* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Monday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 20.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
