* WHERE...A portion of southeast New York, including the following counties, Kings (Brooklyn) and Queens.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 203 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated approaching thunderstorms with heavy rain. Minor flooding is expected in the advisory area. - Rainfall of 1/2 to 1 inch is expected over the area. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
