* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. Winds will shift to the west sometime late Tuesday morning to early Tuesday afternoon.

* WHERE...Yukon Delta Coast, particularly areas around Hooper Bay and Chevak.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to 4 AM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.
