* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.3 feet early Saturday morning.
