* WHERE...Portions of central and northern Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Payne. In northern Oklahoma, Grant, Kay and Noble.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
