* WHERE...West Central Mohave County in northwestern Arizona... East Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 345 AM PDT /345 AM MST/.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of washes and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1153 PM PDT /1153 PM MST/, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
