* WHEN...From late tonight to Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Private road and bridge 1 mile downstream flood. Agricultural, rural Kibler area begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 11.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
