At 841 PM MDT, Thunderstorms have weakened and pushed east of El Paso this evening. However, flooding continues to affect low lying areas.

HAZARD...Residual flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Central and East El Paso, Fort Bliss, McKelligon Canyon.
