Special Weather Statement

At 441 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 7 miles east of Jemez State Monument to near Cerrillos Hills State Park, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Santo Domingo Pueblo, Cochiti Lake, Cochiti Pueblo, Kewa Pueblo, La Bajada, San Felipe Pueblo, La Cienega, Cerrillos Hills State Park, Los Cerrillos and Pena Blanca.

This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 254 and 274.
