At 1039 AM EDT, showers producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 6 nm north of Conneaut to 15 nm northeast of Avon Point, moving east at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
