* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 330 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Adair Run, Brush Creek, Lick Creek, Little Island Creek, Hales Branch, East River, Island Creek, Daves Fork, New River, Hackett Creek, Big Spring Branch and Crooked Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected through the next hour.
