* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, water begins to flood bridge roadway and Florida side of bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 17.6 feet early Saturday morning.
