* WHERE...In Maryland, the Maryland Beaches. In Virginia, Accomack and Northampton Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. Breaking waves of 4 ft or greater can cause neck and back injuries.
