* WHAT...For the Lake Wind Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For the Heat Advisory, maximum temperatures up to 95 expected.

* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern Valley, Garfield, and Petroleum Counties.

* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 6 AM MDT Monday. For the Heat Advisory, until 2 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Rough waves can overturn small craft. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
