* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Arizona, including the following areas, Buckeye/Avondale, Central Phoenix, East Valley, Gila Bend, North Phoenix/Glendale, Northwest Pinal County, Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, Sonoran Desert Natl Monument, South Mountain/Ahwatukee, Southeast Valley/Queen Creek, Tonopah Desert and West Pinal County.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The combination of an influx of tropical moisture and a strong weather disturbance moving through the region will result in showers and thunderstorms capable of producing localized heavy rainfall. Moderate to heavy rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour are expected. Some areas will see training of storms leading to heavier rainfall accumulations. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
