* WHERE...All of Deep South Texas.
* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread heavy rainfall will likely produce totals between 3 to 6 inches with pockets of 8 inches or more possible. Rain rates may exceed 2 inches per hour at times. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
