* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects residences along Iowa Highway 22. Water affects Hoot Owl Jct and Elder Avenue south of Iowa Highway 22.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is currently cresting and will begin to gradually fall this afternoon. It is expected to fall below flood stage on Thursday. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
