* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 AM AKDT Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 10 AM AKDT Thursday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM to 4 PM AKDT Thursday.
