* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1227 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Jumping Run Creek, Gum Spring Branch, Back Creek, Carvin Creek, Coyner Branch, Buffalo Creek and Cook Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
