Details

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Fisher and Taylor.
* WHEN...Through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected across West Central Texas tonight and into the day on Friday. Some of these storms may extend north into the Abilene, Roby, and Rotan areas, where rainfall earlier this morning reached 5-8 inches in some locations. With soils already saturated, any additional rainfall will quickly run off and produce flooding. Additional rainfall totals of 1-3 inches will be possible tonight into Friday. Isolated areas may be even higher. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
